Welcome to nicos! A modern and bright working environment awaits you in rob17 directly on the Dortmund-Ems Canal. Our premises extend over three floors and are connected by an elevator without barriers. The highlight? Our covered terrace for working, taking breaks together or chatting with colleagues in the fresh air.
If you like dogs, you've come to the right place - four-legged friends are allowed in the offices and we have already built up a loyal base of animal colleagues. However, consideration for each other is important to us - if colleagues have respect for dogs, the dogs know how to behave and keep their distance so that everyone feels comfortable.

The location of our premises in rob17 offers excellent connections to various means of transportation.
You can get here by public transport by bus or train - the city bus line 17 takes you from Münster main station to the "Umgehungsstraße" stop on Robert-Bosch-Straße in 10 minutes. If you arrive by car, you can park it in the spacious parking garage. nicos subsidizes the paid parking spaces, so you only pay a monthly fee of 25 euros. 4 of the nicos parking spaces are equipped with e-charging stations. You also benefit from good connections to the B51 bypass - and from there to the A1 and A43 freeways.
In the cycling city of Münster, nicos is also easy to reach by "Leeze" (Münsterland for "bicycle"). To make sure your bike survives the time until closing time, we offer covered bicycle parking spaces including an air pump next to the parking garage.

Snacks welcome: To keep your vitamin levels up, you can help yourself to fruit and vegetables (we make sure they are regional, seasonal and organic). This is delivered fresh every week and made available to all colleagues. A fine selection of hot drinks and water straight from the BRITA brand filter tap have been available at nicos for a long time, free of charge. A personal glass carafe is available for you to "refill again and again", also with boiling water. There are also catering options outside nicos: right next door or just a few minutes' walk away, you can get something to eat at ALDI, Amo Ali (kebab), LIDL, a bakery or Subway. We don't know exactly whether it's better to celebrate with the "you" across all levels because we have no comparison here. But there are plenty of opportunities to celebrate well: in addition to larger company events such as summer and winter parties, company anniversaries and the unique (in both senses of the word) housewarming party, there are other smaller-scale events. You can look forward to BBQs on our roof terrace as well as joint outdoor activities such as climbing, rafting, diving and city tours. When visitors come from our subsidiaries in the Philippines and Australia, our colleagues from Münster enthusiastically serve up and fill the buffet with home-made specialties from their home countries - with our multicultural employees from over 11 nations, there are quite a few delicacies on offer. Can I send my application by post?

nicos AG would like to have a paperless office for the sake of the environment. For this reason, we welcome every application that reaches us in digital form. Digital applications also reach us much more quickly and can be processed much faster than postal applications. When should I apply for an advertised position?

As soon as a job advertisement is published, the application process is opened. If you are interested in an advertised position, please send us your documents directly.

What does the application process look like?

How does a job interview work?

We would like to get to know you better in a personal interview. At nicos, nobody is put up against a wall. We always talk to you as equals. Through our questions, we want to get into conversation with you in order to match mutual ideas and interests. In addition to a responsible employee from the HR department, a responsible employee from the respective department will also be present at this introductory meeting.

Can I reapply for other job offers after a rejection?
