Network Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Together with the Global Service Desk team, you will support the management services of our customers.
This includes the acceptance of pre-qualified incidents and tickets, further analysis and troubleshooting as well as the ongoing development of solutions and customer-oriented workarounds.
Within the framework of established ITIL processes, you will provide support in the implementation of changes, service requests and problem management.
Professional and friendly contact with international customers and partners.
Troubleshooting and fault clearance of performance losses in SD-WAN networks as well as support for the analyst team in rectifying line failures.
Working in shifts.

Your profile

You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist or comparable training and/or have a relevant degree.
Ideally, you have relevant experience in the field of CISCO-based networks and/or IT security.
You are willing to work in shifts.
You are characterized by a quick grasp of things and strong communication and analytical skills.
You are open to new things, tech-savvy and always want to improve yourself and the technology.
You have a high level of comprehension, good analytical skills and work with great care.
You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
