Three personalities.
One team.
nicos founder Thomas Brosch was actually supposed to train as a machine fitter,
... but found nothing suitable and switched to data processing. His experience as an employee in the system house business and his deep understanding of the needs of internationally operating medium-sized companies form the foundation on which he founded nicos AG in 2000 and developed it further over the following 25 years. Thomas Brosch is the technical mastermind of the nicos Group.
After graduating from high school, Axel Metzger completed his studies in business administration at the University of Frankfurt/Main
... and immediately afterwards joined an international auditing and tax consulting firm as a consultant. After graduating as a tax consultant, he joined an IT company as CFO, which is how he came into contact with nicos. He then moved to the position of Managing Director of the major international law firm Baker McKenzie in Frankfurt/Main, for which he also implemented national and international projects. The connection to nicos remained intact over the years, as he worked for them in an advisory capacity. And so he moved to Westphalia in 2019 to take up a position on the Executive Board. Axel Metzger has played a decisive role in the development of nicos over many years.
Robert Holm completed his schooling in Cape Town,
... where he spent many years of his youth. He then returned to Germany to study business administration at the University of Hamburg. After graduating, he joined Bertelsmann directly as an assistant to the Executive Board. Robert Holm then held various positions in the Bertelsmann Group, which also took him abroad as Managing Director. In 2020, he moved to nicos with the clear goal of developing his positive energy and diverse sales experience in a medium-sized company.
