Corporate responsibility has been an integral part of our corporate strategy since mid-2020. We are convinced that we have an obligation to create more value for customers, employees and partners. Our aim is to continuously live up to our responsibility towards the environment, people and society.

Another example: As a Cisco partner with "Cisco Environmental Sustainability Specialization", we focus on the issue of sustainability when returning hardware products. When these have reached their "end of life", our partner Cisco ensures that they are disposed of properly or given a second life as remanufactured equipment.

Step by step, nicos has been consciously moving towards greater sustainability for years. We have again set ourselves milestones for 2024. (All our targets relate to the values for 2023).

- This year, we want to reduce electricity consumption in our offices and with regard to the electric cars we use by 3% from the current (as at 2023) 342.45 kWh per employee to 332.18 kWh.
- We aim to reduce vehicle fuel consumption (as at 2023: 1412.29 l per company vehicle) by 2% (=28.25 l) to 1384.05 liters by the end of 2024.
- Survey of waste volume in 2024 to reduce by 5 % in 2025.
- Our employees have been trained as first aiders and fire safety assistants for many years. Currently (as of 2023), 12 and 5 helpers respectively are prepared for emergencies. In 2024, we are aiming to increase this by 12% and train one more first aider and one more fire safety aider.
