Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • As the first point of contact, you will provide our customers with individual support, process their requests with a high level of solution orientation and support them for years to come.
  • In "Service Management", you accompany business customers through the entire process and work with them to select the right technical set-up using a best practice approach.
  • This includes recognizing individual customer needs and helping to develop suitable solutions in terms of service design.
  • You process complaints and claims and help technical colleagues to find an optimal solution - only through feedback can we understand our customers and make their wishes come true.
  • You plan the rollout of our IT services with your customers. You coordinate the cooperation between nicos and your customers for the joint commissioning. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly. 

Your profile

  • You have a successfully completed degree or training in the IT or commercial sector.
  • You combine customer-oriented and analytical thinking and acting with a systematic and structured way of working and a basic understanding of business administration.
  • Business relationship management is your top priority.
  • Professionalism, trustworthiness and empathy are your top priorities. You can also score points in difficult situations thanks to your communication skills.
  • You prefer to work in a structured and independent manner, but you are also a team player.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
