Teamlead (m/f/d) Cyber Defense Center/ SOC

Your tasks

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global SOC and ensure efficient detection, analysis and response to incidents.
Empowering the team to develop and implement comprehensive business processes and procedures.
Managing and supervising a team of security analysts and specialists, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Work with senior management and other security departments to align SOC strategy with overall business objectives.
Keep up to date with the latest trends, threats and technologies in the field of cyber security.
Conducting regular training and exercises to ensure the operational readiness and effectiveness of the team.
Work with clients to provide strategic security insights and reports.
Management of SOC performance indicators and continuous search for opportunities to improve service quality.

Your profile

At least 8 years of experience in the field of information security.
Ideally with previous management experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in information security, computer science or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Mastery of various security technologies and platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling incidents.
Knowledge of compliance with regulations and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or GCIH are a plus.
