Which documents should I attach to my application?

We would like to obtain a detailed picture of you and your qualifications. Hence, please send us a full set of documents consisting of:

Your contact is specified by name for all positions advertised. Please address your letter to the corresponding contact.

I am interested in a position which has been on the career page for some time now. Is it still available?

When a job has been advertised for a while, it is often because we are looking to fill a position multiple times. Our career page and job openings are constantly updated. Hence, the application procedure is still ongoing for all vacant positions that can be found in the career portal.

I would like to work at nicos AG, but am unable to find a vacancy that fits my profile.

As soon as we have received your application documents and entered them into our system, you will of course receive a confirmation of receipt.

When will I hear back?

You will receive a confirmation of receipt as soon as your application has been entered into our system. We do our best to process all incoming applications as quickly as possible and review them carefully. Our goal is to make sure that nobody has to wait too long for a reply, but this process will take some time.

What does the application process look like?

After your application has been entered into our system, your documents will be carefully reviewed by a representative from the HR department together with a representative from the respective specialist department. If you are a good fit, you will receive an invitation to an initial job interview, either in the form of a telephone interview or a personal meeting.

What is the job interview like?

Our goal is to get to know you better in a personal conversation. Nobody will be put on the spot at nicos. The job interview is a conversation of equal partners. Through our questions, we aim to initiate a conversation with you in which we compare our mutual expectations and interests. In addition to a representative from the HR department, a representative from the respective specialist department will also be present at this meeting where we get to know you.

Can I apply for other job openings after being rejected for a position?

Of course. Even if the first attempt did not work out, things may turn out completely differently for another job opening. Feel free to send us your application again.

How long will my application be stored in the system?

Your application documents and personal data will, in accordance with the prevailing statutory data protection guidelines, be deleted from our system as soon as the prescribed retention period has expired.
